郑之明:研究员、博士生导师。具体研究内容包括:等离子体诱变技术及应用、多种营养化学品的生物制造研究、固定化细胞生物转化与双极膜电渗析分离偶联制备有机酸,酶的印迹和有机相生物催化研究,纤维素酶与秸秆到可发酵糖的生物转化,微生物柴油多不饱和油脂联产技术,工业微生物形态代谢工程,新型生物表面活性剂研制等,相关成果已实现或正在实现产业化。
